<image:caption>Hello, and welcome to our farm page. Here at Vanity Farms our passion is goats and sustainable living. We are a 100% woman owned business that focuses on high quality milk products. Soaps, lotions, and farm-made cheeses can all be found here. All of our animals are raised with kindness and care. Our belief is if you put good in (energy, quality nutrition, health care, daily exercise) you can expect good out. In addition to our Nigerian Dwarf Dairy herd, we also have Registered KuneKune pigs and chickens available for sale. Our animals may be spoiled, but we love each and every one of them and do our best every day for them</image:caption>

She delivered quads that year and I retained her doeling and one of her bucks. She came in and quickly took over as herd queen. She’s our oldest and most experienced goat. She’s definitely a goat’s goat and tolerates us humans to get her things (like snacks and feed), other than that she’s happiest with her herd. She’s great on a milk stand and very good with other babies. She currently has grandkids on our farm and helps her daughter care for them. Mama is a good goat, but I think she will be retired this year.</image:caption>

<image:title>Sales Policy - We sell dairy goats, milk products, KuneKune pigs and chickens</image:title>
<image:caption>We guarantee our animals are healthy when they leave our farm. We put a lot of time and care into raising our animals which includes health checks and preventative care. These animals have been handled daily by us, we love them all and they have developed a trust of humans. Some are more friendly than others, it’s just their nature. We dam and herd raise our goats, but again they are handled daily by us humans. Babies will be available for pick-up at 12 weeks when we feel they are old enough to thrive without their dams. We do not offer bottle babies, this is a personal preference. Our belief is that goats raised by their dams and herd learn how to be good goat citizens. There are many things that a herd can teach that I, as a human cannot. Our goats are dairy goats, they are a small breed and we will not sell them for meat purposes. We reserve the right to refuse a goat sale if we believe that person intends to butcher them. There are other great meat breeds available for that purpose, I would be more than happy to provide farm information for those looking. Goats are herd animals, for their well-being they need to live with other goats. We will not sell to a home that has the intention to only have one. We feel our animals would not do well in such an environment. We want what is best for our animals and prefer they go to homes that are equipped to care form them accordingly. Piglets are available beginning at 8 weeks old and once they are weaned by their dams. We prefer the piglets eating regular food before we release them to their new homes. Our animals health is of the utmost importance to us and we want their transitions to their new homes to be as painless as possible. We require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit to hold an animal. Deposits can be made via PayPal, personal check, or in person with cash. The deposit will be applied to the cost of the animal and the remaining balance will be due in cash only at the time of pick-up. Once the animals have left our farm, we are no longer responsible for any losses or damages. Please email us if you have any questions or concerns about their care. We love to mentor new animal owners.</image:caption>

I struggle with disbudding for several reasons and my keepers tend to have horns (hey, they’re born with them for reasons and I don’t like to cause my animals pain). She is sweet, playful and just an all around joy. Very correct, level female. Her dam has an amazing ff udder and was able to birth & care for triplets without any issues. <image:caption>Ah, our little Frejya. Believe it or not she was the firstborn out of the same litter as Helmi. She’s ADGA (registration pending), disbudded and like Helmi, is currently being supplemented with regular bottle feedings. Frejya is the true cuddlebug of her litter. Very friendly and would do well in a starter herd. She’ll be ready to go to her new farm mid-July. $500</image:caption>

<image:caption>What is there not to love about Forest? He is ADGA registered has blue eyes and horns . While on the smaller side, he packs a punch. His markings are just beautiful, the red is really starting to pop against his cream over coat. A born leader with great conformation and boy, is this boy is wide. He’s a great combination of his dam and sire. I was very impressed with his dam’s ff udder, I felt like I scored! Again, I anticipate him to stay on the smaller side (while still meeting breed standards). He’s a cutie for sure $350</image:caption>

<image:caption>You looking for Superior Genetics, Old Mountain Farm Bold Elk, and proven champion lines? Look No Further! Apollo is my absolute favorite this year. He is ADGA registered, disbudded (because I knew I would have to sell him). Check out his markings, not only is he beautiful, he’s just about perfect in every way. Love this buckling! I anticipate really great things from him. Apollo is proving to be a natural born leader, loves to watch over the herd and looks out for the younger goats. He’s very friendly and so far easy to train. He really would be a great asset to any 4H show string or herd. His potential is extremely strong! $500</image:caption>

<image:caption>From the same litter as Apollo! Ajax is just as stunning! Like Apollo, Ajax is disbudded and ADGA registered. His markings are fairly unique, take a look at his cute little face. Ajax is not quite as people friendly as Apollo, but he listens well and has been easy to train. He answers to both Ajax or Jax and is very responive. His conformation and the genetic powerhouse behind him would be a great asset to any 4H show string or dairy herd. His potential is just as strong as Apollo. $450</image:caption>

<image:caption>From his dam’s last litter! Stetson is a hunk of love. This buckling is barely over 4 weeks old and is growing fast. Stetson is ADGA registered, has horns but don’t let that stop you, his dam is by far my easiest milker. He has a respectable blood line and great conformation. Nothing to sneeze at here. Super friendly, very curious and really takes charge of the youngest kids. There’s a lot to like about Stetson. $400</image:caption>
